| 摘 要：［目的］ 探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤（NHL）患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、CA125、β2-微球蛋白（β2-MG）和乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）检测的临床意义。［方法］ 采用酶联免疫吸附法、化学发光免疫法、微粒子酶免疫发光法和速率法测定53例NHL患者化疗前后的血清TNF-α、CA125、β2-MG和LDH水平。［结果］ 血清TNF-α、CA125、β2-MG和LDH水平均与NHL的临床分期密切相关，Ⅲ/Ⅳ期血清中上述指标水平显著高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期（P<0.05）；除TNF-α外，另3种标志物在中高危组均高于低危组，显示差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；NHL患者血清TNF-α、CA125和LDH水平与肿瘤转移有关（P<0.05）。经化疗后缓解的患者，血清TNF-α、CA125水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。［结论］ 血清TNF-α、CA125、β2-MG、LDH联合检测可辅助临床的诊断及分期，评价预后，动态监测患者血清TNF-α和CA125水平有助于个体化治疗。 |

| Abstract: ［Purpose］ To investigate the clinical significance of the serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)，CA125，beta-2 microglobulin (β2-MG) and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma(NHL). ［Methods］ The level of TNF-α，CA125，β2-MG and LDH were measured by ELISA，chemiluminescence immunoassay，microparticle enzyme immunoassay and rate method respectively in 53 cases with NHL before and after chemotherapy.［Results］ The level of TNF-α，CA125，β2-MG and LDH closely related to clinical stages. The 4 markers in stage ⅢorⅣ were obviously higher than those in stage ⅠorⅡ，with significant difference(P<0.05). The levels of other 3 markers except for TNF-α in high risk group of NHL patients were significantly higher than those in low risk group (P<0.05). The level of TNF-α，CA125 and LDH related to cancer metastasis (P<0.05). In response group after chemotherapy，the levels of TNF-α and CA125 decreased significantly than those before chemotherapy(P<0.05). ［Conclusion］ Combined detection of TNF-α，CA125，β2-MG and LDH might be helpful to diagnosis，staging and prognostic evaluation. Dynamic monitoring serum TNF-α and CA125 is helpful for individual treatment. |
