      摘 要: [目的]探讨浙江地区依赖还原型辅酶Ⅰ/Ⅱ醌氧化还原酶1(NQO1)基因多态性与膀胱癌易感性的关系。[方法]采用病例对照研究方法,应用相对的两对引物—聚合酶链反应技术(PCR-CTPP),对99例膀胱癌患者和100例非肿瘤患者的NQO1 C609T基因型进行检测,并分析其与膀胱癌易感性的关系。[结果] NQO1 C609T基因型分布频率在膀胱癌组和对照组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),携带 609TT基因型的个体罹患膀胱癌的风险是携带609CC基因型个体的2.448倍(95%CI为1.125~5.326)。NQO1 C609T基因型分布频率在膀胱癌不同病理分级和临床分期之间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论] NQO1 C609T基因多态性可能与膀胱癌的易感性相关,携带NQO1 609TT基因型的人群易患膀胱癌。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To explore the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of NQO1 and susceptibility to bladder cancer. [Methods] A hospital-based case-control study was conducted in 99 newly and histopathologically diagnosed cases with bladder cancer and 100 cancer-free controls. Polymerase chain reaction with confronting two-pair primers (PCR-CTPP) was employed to detect the genotypes of NQO1 C609T.Unconditional Logistic regression model and χ2 test were used to evaluate the relationship between genetic polymorphism of NQO1 and susceptibility to bladder cancer.[Results] The difference of NQO1 C609T genotype frequencies between cases and controls had statistical significance(P<0.05),and bladder cancer risk in patients with 609TT genotype was 2.448 times of that in patients with 609CC genotype(95%CI:1.125~5.326). The genotype frequencies of NQO1 C609T was not significantly different between pathological grades or different clinical stages in bladder cancer(P>0.05).[Conclusion] NQO1 C609T genetic polymorphism might associate with susceptibility to bladder cancer. NQO1 609TT genotype carriers are high risk population for bladder cancer.
