      摘 要:[目的] 探讨蜂房提取物对小鼠H22肿瘤细胞生长的影响及其抑瘤作用机制。[方法]将40 只小鼠随机分为盐水对照组、氟尿嘧啶组、蜂房高剂量组和蜂房低剂量组,每组10只。测定荷瘤小鼠的瘤质量和抑瘤率,观察蜂房提取物对肿瘤生长的影响,同时采用免疫组化方法检测瘤组织中C-Met的表达。[结果] 蜂房高、低剂量组的抑瘤率分别为31.96%、27.84%,与盐水对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);C-Met在4组中均呈阳性表达,与盐水对照组比较,蜂房高、低剂量组C-Met的表达减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论] 蜂房提取物对小鼠H22移植性实体瘤有明显的抑制作用,其机制可能与降低肝癌细胞内C-Met的表达有关。

      Abstract: [Purpose] To explore the antitumor effect of nidus vespae extracts on H22 transplanted tumor cell in mice and its mechanism. [Methods] Forty mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: saline control group,5-Fu group,high-dose nidus vespae group and low-dose nidus vespae group. The tumor weights and rates of tumor inhibition were compared among the groups. Then the expression of C-Met was detected by immunohistochemistry. [Results] The rates of tumor inhibition in high-dose nidus vespae group and low-dose nidus vespae group were 31.96% and 27.84% respectively,with significant difference compared to saline control group (P<0.01). The expression of C-Met decreased in both the high-dose nidus vespae group and low-dose nidus vespae group,and there was apparent difference with that in saline control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] The inhibitory effects of nidus vespae extracts on H22 transplanted tumor cells are significant and the mechanism may be related to reducing expression of C-Met.
