摘 要:[目的] 研究基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)及其抑制物组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-3(TIMP-3)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达特点,探讨其与间质微血管密度(MVD)及肿瘤转移的关系。[方法] 通过免疫组化的方法检测97例NSCLC原发灶及其淋巴结转移灶中MMP-3和TIMP-3的表达,并在CD34染色切片上检测MVD。[结果] MMP-3在NSCLC淋巴结转移灶中的阳性率(74.1%)显著高于原发灶中的阳性率(56.7%)(P<0.05),而TIMP-3在转移灶中的阳性率(37.0%)显著低于原发灶中的阳性率(64.9%)(P<0.05)。MMP-3和TIMP-3在NSCLC原发及转移灶中表达均具有相关性(P<0.05)。 NSCLC中MMP-3表达阳性者MVD高于MMP-3表达阴性者(P=0.013)。TIMP-3表达阳性者MVD低于TIMP-3表达阴性者(P=0.035)。[结论] MMP-3和TIMP-3参与NSCLC的发生发展过程。MMP-3、TIMP-3的表达和MVD可能与NSCLC的生物学特性相关,对判断预后和指导治疗具有实用价值。 |

Abstract: [Purpose] To study the expressions of MMP-3 and TIMP-3 and their correlation with interstitial microvascular density(MVD) and cancer metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). [Methods] Immunohistological staining was used to detect the expressions of MMP-3,TIMP-3 and MVD in 97 cases with NSCLC and their metastatic lesions. [Results] The positive rates of MMP-3 were 56.7% and 74.1% in primary and metastatic lesions respectively,with signifi-cant difference (P<0.05). The positive rates of TIMP-3 were 64.9% and 37.0% respectively,also with significant difference (P<0.05). The expression of MMP-3 and TIMP-3 was correlated both in primary and metastatic lesions of NSCLC(P<0.05). MVD was significantly higher in cases with MMP-3 positive expression than that in cases with MMP-3 negative expression (P=0.013). MVD was lower in cases with TIMP-3 positive expression than that in cases with TIMP-3 negative expression (P=0.035). [Conclusions] MMP-3 and TIMP-3 might take part in the carcinogensis and progress of NSCLC. The expressions of MMP-3,TIMP-3 and MVD might be related to the biological characteristics of NSCLC and have the practical value in prognosis and treatment of NSCLC. |
