| 输卵管系膜囊肿是临床常见的盆腔良性病变,多源于胚胎残留组织或间皮细胞增生,仅少数存在交界性或恶性潜能。其临床表现缺乏特异性,约70%患者无特异症状,部分患者可因囊肿增大、扭转、破裂时可出现急腹症就诊,术前易与卵巢囊肿、输卵管积液等混淆,误诊率较高。本共识基于循证医学证据及临床经验,建立输卵管系膜囊肿标准化的诊疗路径,为临床提供参考。 |

| Paratubal cyst is a common benign pelvic lesion in clinical practice, mostly arising from embryonic remnants or mesothelial cell proliferation, with only a few cases exhibiting borderline or malignant potential. Its clinical manifestations lack specificity; approximately 70% of patients are asymptomatic. Some patients may present with acute abdominal conditions due to cyst enlargement, torsion, or rupture. Preoperatively, it is easily confused with conditions such as ovarian cysts or hydrosalpinx, leading to a high misdiagnosis rate. This consensus, based on evidence-based medicine and clinical experience, establishes a standardized diagnostic and treatment pathway for paratubal cysts to provide clinical reference. |
