| [目的]探讨甲状腺乳头状癌(Papillary Thyroid Carcinoma, PTC)标本中基质金属蛋白酶-9(Matrix Metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor,bFGF)的表达及意义。[方法] 收集2024年10月至2025年8月期间,在我院接受手术治疗的60例PTC患者的癌组织标本(PTC组)及相应的癌旁正常甲状腺组织标本(癌旁组,距癌灶≥6mm),应用免疫印迹法(Western-blot)检测20例患者的新鲜组织标本,采用免疫组化法检测两组组织中MMP-9和bFGF的表达,分析两者与患者一般情况及肿瘤特征的关系,并进行Spearman等级相关分析。[结果] MMP-9和bFGF在PTC组的阳性表达率分别为75%、78.33%显著高于对应癌旁组;MMP-9、bFGF的阳性表达均与PTC患者的淋巴结转移及TNM分期显著相关(P<0.001),而与患者性别、年龄(<55岁 vs ≥55岁)、肿瘤大小(≤1cm vs >1cm)无显著关联(P均>0.05);PTC组织中MMP-9与bFGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.74,P<0.001)。[结论] MMP-9与bFGF在PTC组织中均呈高表达,且两者表达协同上调,与PTC的淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关,可能共同促进PTC的侵袭与转移,可作为评估PTC生物学行为及预后的潜在分子标志物。 |

| [Objective] We sought to examine the expression status of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9(MMP 9)and Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor(bFGF )in PTC and assess their associated clinical value. [Methods] A total of 60 PTC patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from October 2024 to August 2025 were enrolled. Tumor tissue specimens (PTC group) and corresponding adjacent normal thyroid tissue specimens (adjacent group, ≥6 mm from the tumor focus) were collected. Western blotting was used to detect fresh tissue samples from 20 patients, and immunohistochemistry was employed to analyze the expression levels of MMP-9 and bFGF in both groups. The correlation with patient gender, age, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, and TNM staging (AJCC 8th edition) was evaluated, and Spearman rank correlation analysis was performed. [Results] The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and bFGF in PTC groups were 75% and 78.33%, respectively, significantly higher than those in the corresponding adjacent tumor groups. Both MMP-9 and bFGF positivity were significantly associated with lymph node metastasis and TNM staging in PTC patients (P<0.001), but showed no significant correlation with patient gender, age (<55 years vs ≥55 years), or tumor size (≤1 cm vs>1 cm) (all P>0.05). Expression of MMP-9 and bFGF in PTC tissues exhibited a positive correlation (r=0.74, P<0.001). [Conclusion] MMP-9 and bFGF are highly expressed in PTC tissues with synergistic upregulation, demonstrating close association with lymph node metastasis and clinical staging. These markers may collectively promote PTC invasion and metastasis, and could serve as potential molecular biomarkers for evaluating PTC biological behavior and prognosis. |
