      恶性肿瘤逐年高发是国民健康的重大威胁,尽管肿瘤治疗方法和疗效都取得了较大的进步,但复发和耐药是大部分肿瘤患者要面临的困扰,实体恶性肿瘤早期诊断、抗肿瘤药物敏感性和术后复发成监测都是肿瘤患者预后的重要影响因素,当前常规监测手段在这些方面存在一定局限性,MRD通过液体活检针对肿瘤从基因层面进行监测,具有灵敏、可重复、微创伤低风险、经济等优点,可在术后监测、早诊早治、治疗疗效评估、新药开发、个性化治疗等多发面发挥重要作用。
英文摘要:
      The annually increasing incidence of malignant tumors poses a significant threat to public health. Although substantial progress has been made in tumor treatment modalities and therapeutic efficacy, recurrence and drug resistance remain persistent challenges for the majority of cancer patients. The early diagnosis of solid malignant tumors, the assessment of anti-tumor drug sensitivity, and the post-operative monitoring of recurrence are critical factors influencing patient prognosis. Current conventional monitoring methods, however, face certain limitations in these areas. Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) monitoring—conducted at the genomic level via liquid biopsy—offers distinct advantages, including high sensitivity, reproducibility, minimal invasiveness, low risk, and cost-effectiveness. Consequently, it holds the potential to play a pivotal role across a wide spectrum of applications, including post-operative surveillance, early diagnosis and intervention, therapeutic efficacy assessment, new drug development, and personalized medicine.
