      肝癌是全球范围内极具危害性的恶性肿瘤之一,肝细胞肝癌 (Hepatocellular Carcinoma, HCC) 作为原发性肝癌的主要亚型,占比达80%。在多种致癌因素作用下,正常肝组织可发生恶性转化,但 HCC 发病的分子机制尚未完全明确,细胞代谢重编程是癌症的重要特征,其中脂肪酸代谢尤其是β氧化在 HCC 能量代谢重编程中的作用日益凸显。本文综述了β氧化在 HCC 中的作用,包括其在能量代谢中的双重功能,以及相关基因、信号通路对β氧化的调控机制等研究进展,旨在为深入理解 HCC 代谢重编程机制及开发新的治疗策略提供依据。

      Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), accounting for 80% of primary liver cancers, is one of the most devastating malignant tumors worldwide. Under the influence of multiple carcinogenic factors, normal liver tissue can undergo malignant transformation; however, the molecular mechanisms underlying HCC initiation and progression remain incompletely elucidated. Metabolic reprogramming is a key hallmark of cancer, and the role of fatty acid metabolism, particularly β-oxidation, in the reprogramming of energy metabolism in HCC has become increasingly prominent. This review summarizes the current research progress on the roles of β-oxidation in HCC, including its dual functions in energy metabolism and the regulatory mechanisms of related genes and signaling pathways on β-oxidation. The aim is to provide a basis for a deeper understanding of the metabolic reprogramming mechanisms in HCC and the development of novel therapeutic strategies.
