| 重离子放疗凭借精准剂量分布与强效肿瘤杀伤优势,成为全球癌症治疗领域的前沿技术。我国自主知识产权重离子放疗设备研发历经数十年攻关,从1993年中国科学院近代物理研究所提出 重离子治癌 构想到2020年在甘肃省武威肿瘤医院投入临床使用,再到2025年,已在武威、兰州、杭州、莆田等多地建成治疗中心,国产装置累计治疗病例超2000例,适应症拓展至50余种肿瘤,打破了国外长期技术垄断,实现了从技术跟跑到部分领跑的跨越。本文聚焦设备研发关键历程与临床应用进展,系统梳理从研发设想提出到产业化落地的关键节点,按时间脉络总结设备在不同阶段的应用场景与推广成果,为我国高端医疗装备领域的技术迭代与产业布局提供参考。 |

| Heavy ion radiotherapy has become a cutting-edge technology in the global field of cancer treatment due to its advantages of precise dose distribution and potent tumor cell killing. The research and development of heavy ion radiotherapy equipment with China"s independent intellectual property rights has undergone decades of dedicated effort. From the concept of "heavy ion cancer therapy" proposed by the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1993, to its clinical deployment at Gansu Wuwei Cancer Hospital in 2020, and further by 2025, treatment centers have been established in multiple locations including Wuwei, Lanzhou, Hangzhou, and Putian. Domestically produced installations have cumulatively treated over 2000 cases, with indications expanding to more than 50 types of tumors. This progress has broken the long-term foreign technological monopoly, achieving a leap from following technological trends to leading in certain aspects. This article focuses on the key milestones in the equipment"s research and development and clinical application progress. It systematically outlines the critical junctures from the initial research and development concept to industrial implementation, summarizing the application scenarios and promotion outcomes of the equipment at different stages according to the timeline, aiming to provide a reference for technological iteration and industrial layout in China"s high-end medical equipment sector. |
