| Glioblastoma is characterized by its highly aggressive nature, high recurrence rate, and poor prognosis. The ketogenic diet, used as an adjunctive treatment for glioblastoma, has attracted considerable attention due to its ability to regulate tumor progression. This review explores the intricate effects of ketogenic diet on glioblastoma treatment from two angles: metabolic intervention and inflammatory regulation. The study explores its roles in metabolic reprogramming, immune regulation, gene expression, and potential molecular interaction networks. By summarizing current research findings, we aim to explore the future application prospects of ketogenic diet in the clinical treatment of glioblastoma. |
