| Malignant melanoma(MM)is a highly aggressive malignant tumor whose treatment remains a major challenge. Oncolytic virus (OV), as a novel tumor immunotherapy, has shown unique advantages and potential in the treatment of MM. This review systematically summarizes the classification and mechanisms of action of oncolytic viruses, the clinical efficacy of monotherapy and combination therapies (including immune checkpoint inhibitors, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and cell therapy), as well as progress in neoadjuvant therapy strategies. Furthermore, it analyzes?the current major challenges and future directions, aiming to provide?a reference for further research and clinical application of Oncolytic virus in the treatment of MM. |
