胃癌(GC)是消化道常见恶性肿瘤,其具有较高的发病率及死亡率。近年来程序性死亡蛋白(PD-1)/程序性死亡蛋白配体(PD-L1)抑制剂因高疗效及低副作用等特性成为研究热点,并且随着对肿瘤微环境的深入研究,发现肿瘤相关中性粒细胞(TANs)能影响PD-1/PD-L1在胃癌中的治疗。本文讨论了TANs、PD-1/PD-L1与胃癌三者关系及免疫治疗的最新进展,阐明TANs影响PD-1/PD-L1在胃癌中的治疗及耐药的具体作用机制。此外,我们总结了 TANs与PD-1/PD-L1治疗胃癌的当前挑战,并探讨了提高其临床可行性和治疗影响的未来研究方向。 |

Gastric cancer (GC) is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract, characterized by high incidence and mortality rates. In recent years, programmed death protein (PD-1)/programmed death ligand (PD-L1) inhibitors have emerged as a research hotspot due to their high efficacy and low side effects. Furthermore, with the deepening understanding of the tumor microenvironment, it has been discovered that tumor-associated neutrophils (TANs) can influence the therapeutic efficacy of PD-1/PD-L1 in gastric cancer. This article discusses the relationship between TANs, PD-1/PD-L1, and gastric cancer, as well as the latest advances in immunotherapy. It elucidates the specific mechanisms by which TANs influence PD-1/PD-L1 therapy and drug resistance in gastric cancer. Additionally, we summarize the current challenges in using TANs and PD-1/PD-L1 therapy for gastric cancer and explore future research directions to enhance their clinical feasibility and therapeutic impact. |
