失巢凋亡是由于细胞与细胞外基质和其他细胞失去接触而诱导的一种特殊的程序化细胞死亡形式,对组织发育和机体平衡至关重要。肿瘤细胞会发展出非锚定条件下生存和生长的能力,称为失巢凋亡抵抗。研究失巢凋亡抵抗的相关机制可以明确对胃癌发生远处转移的认识,为胃癌的靶向治疗和精准治疗提供理论依据,为胃癌的治疗提供新的思路。在本研究中,我们总结了失巢凋亡的相关分子机制和胃癌细胞获得失巢凋亡抗性的信号通路,分析了失巢凋亡在胃癌治疗中的潜在价值,阐述了抑制失巢凋亡抵抗是一种有意义的胃癌治疗方式,提出了胃癌失巢凋亡目前面临的挑战。 |

Anoikis is a special form of programmed cell death induced by the loss of contact between cells and the extracellular matrix or other cells, which is crucial for tissue development and homeostasis. Tumor cells develop the ability to survive and grow under non-anchored conditions, known as anoikis resistance. Studying the mechanisms related to anoikis resistance can clarify the understanding of distant metastasis in gastric cancer, providing a theoretical basis for targeted and precision therapy for gastric cancer and offering new ideas for its treatment. In this study, we summarize the relevant molecular mechanisms of anoikis and the signaling pathways through which gastric cancer cells acquire anoikis resistance, analyze the potential value of anoikis in gastric cancer treatment, and elaborate on the significance of inhibiting anoikis resistance as a meaningful approach to gastric cancer therapy, while also addressing the challenges currently faced in gastric cancer anoikis. |
