The incidence of trunk soft tissue sarcoma is low, and the involved tissues and organs, as well as the pathological types, are diverse, resulting in lack of specific clinical manifestations. Surgery is the main treatment method, and postoperative defects need to be repaired and reconstructed. With the development of surgical techniques, reconstruction materials, and computer technology, there have been significant changes in the resection and defect repair of trunk soft tissue sarcoma. This review summarizes the epidemiological features, surgical resection methods, and defect repair and progress of trunk soft tissue sarcoma. |
