| 介入治疗已成为外科手术、化疗和放疗之外恶性肿瘤治疗的“第四把利器”。本文对血管介入,如:经动脉化疗栓塞、肝动脉灌注化疗、经动脉放射栓塞,和非血管介入,如:射频消融、冷冻消融、微波消融、不可逆电穿孔、高强度聚焦超声消融、放射性粒子植入、经腔道支架植入等常用的介入技术作一述评,同时对介入联合系统治疗中晚期肝癌、淋巴介入、人工智能、医工结合和器械材料应用于肿瘤介入的最新研究做了展望,以提高介入手段应用于恶性肿瘤治疗的认识。 |

| Interventional oncology has become the "Fourth therapy" in the treatment of tumors besides surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. In this article, we reviewed the endovascular interventional radiology techniques such as transarterial chemoembolization, hepatic artery infusion chemotherapy, transarterial radioembolization, and non-endovascular interventional radiology techniques such as radiofrequency ablation, percutaneous cryoablation, microwave ablation, irreversible electroporation, high-intensity focused ultrasound, radio-active seed implantation and transluminal stent implantation to make a review, at the same time, the latest research on the application of interventional radiology combined systemic therapy in the treatment of intermediate and advanced hepatocellular cancer, lymphatic interventional radiology, artificial intelligence and medicine combined engineering and equipment materials in tumor interventional radiology is prospected, so as to improve the understanding of the application of those interventional radiology methods in the treatment for malignant tumors. |
