| 背景:混合神经内分泌-非神经内分泌肿瘤(MiNEN)约占所有胃恶性肿瘤的1%。鉴于这些混合肿瘤的稀缺性和异质性,识别和准确诊断仍然是一个挑战。在缺乏标准指南的情况下,主要根据神经内分泌癌或非神经内分泌癌的起源部位进行治疗。病例介绍:我们在此报告一例62岁女性发生在胃的MiNEN。胃内容物排空后行胃镜检查,发现胃窦小弯处有一溃疡性病变。CT成像显示胃窦小弯侧胃壁不均匀增厚。结论:高级别MiNEN肿瘤是临床中最常见的肿瘤,具有侵袭性。该肿瘤的遗传学尙不明确,其发病机制仍有争议。临床和病理对这种罕见肿瘤的认识,是其靶向治疗及治疗方案的关键。本病例报告的目的是进一步了解MiNEN的临床表现、影像学特征、病理、治疗和预后。 |

| Introduction:Mixed neuroendocrine-non-neuroendocrine neoplasms (MiNEN) represent roughly 1% of all stomach. Given the rareness and heterogeneity of these mixed tumors, recognition and accurate diagnosis remain a challenge. In the absence of established guidelines, they are treated according to the standard of care for pure neuroendocrine carcinomas or nonNeuroendocrine neoplasms from similar sites of origin. Case Presentation: We herein report a case of a stomach MiNEN in a 62-year-old female. He underwent gastroscope for stomach contents emission, which revealed a ulcerative lesion located Minor curvature of antrum. Computed tomography scan imaging cncovered uneven thickening of the gastric wall on the lesser curvature of the antrum. The patient underwent systemic chemotherapy. Conclusion:High-grade MiNEN tumors are the most commonly encountered in clinical practice and have an aggressive biological behavior. Little is known about the genetic drivers of this neoplasm and its pathogenesis remains controversial. Clinical and pathological awareness of this rare entity is a key step to design future targeted therapies and improve treatment options. The aim of this case report is to further our understanding regarding the clinical presentation, radiological features, pathology, management, and prognosis of MiNEN. |
