      近年来,肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成一直是肿瘤微环境领域的研究热点之一,肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成与疾病风险分层及预后的内在机制被深入挖掘。同其他类型的实体瘤相比,甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)主要以淋巴通路进行转移并伴有更高的淋巴结转移发生率,而对PTC进行新生淋巴管表征及抑制有望为低风险PTC的微创治疗或晚期PTC的靶向治疗提供新的思路。本文将以肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成为切入点,综述该领域的研究进展,侧重于肿瘤相关性淋巴管生成对于研究PTC的疾病进展及临床管理的价值所在。

      In recent years, tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis has been a focal point of research within the tumor microenvironment field, with in-depth exploration of its intrinsic mechanisms related to disease risk stratification and prognosis. Compared to other types of solid tumors, papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) primarily metastasizes through lymphatic pathways and exhibits a higher incidence of lymph node metastasis. Characterizing and inhibiting neoplastic lymphangiogenesis in PTC holds promise for providing new insights into minimally invasive treatment for low-risk PTC or targeted therapy for advanced PTC. This article uses tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis as a starting point to review the research progress in this area, emphasizing the value of tumor-associated lymphangiogenesis in understanding disease progression and clinical management of PTC.
