| 目的 评估腹股沟淋巴结清扫(Inguinal Lymph node dissection, ILND)联合腹腔镜盆腔淋巴结清扫(Laparoscopic pelvic lymph node dissection, LPLND)在cN1/2期阴茎癌患者的临床疗效及并发症。方法：回顾性分析2013年4月至2019年6月在我院泌尿外科接受手术并确诊为cN1/2期阴茎癌的32例患者的临床资料。将患者分为两组,对照组14例接受单纯腹股沟淋巴结清扫术,观察组18例接受腹股沟淋巴结清扫联合腹腔镜盆腔淋巴结清扫术。记录围手术期参数,并比较5年生存率及术后并发症发生率。结果：随访5年,观察组患者的5年生存率为22%(4/18),显著高于对照组的7%(1/14)(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：腹股沟淋巴结清扫联合腹腔镜盆腔淋巴结清扫术能提高cN1/2期阴茎癌患者的生存率,且并未增加并发症发生率,是一种值得推广的手术方式。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy and complications of inguinal lymph node dissection (ILND) combined with laparoscopic pelvic lymph node dissection (LPLND) in patients with cN1/2 penile cancer. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients diagnosed with stage cN1/2 penile cancer who underwent surgery in the Department of Urology of Second Affiliated hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2013 to June 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group. 14 cases in control group only received ILND and 18 cases in observation group received ILND combined with LPLND. The perioperative parameters were recorded, and 5-year survival rate and postoperative complication rate were compared. Results 5-year survival rate of observation group was 22% (4/18), which was significantly higher than that of control group (7% (1/14) (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in complication rate between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Lymph node dissection combined with laparoscopic pelvic lymph node dissection can improve the survival of patients with cN1/2 penile cancer without increasing the incidence of complications. It is a surgical method worth promoting. |
