Adjuvant radiotherapy is an important part of the treatment of postmastectomy breast cancer. At present, conventional fractionated radiotherapy is a commonly used fractionation mode after postmastectomy. In recent years, domestic and foreign studies on the comparison of hypofractionated radiotherapy and conventional fractionated radiotherapy after postmastectomy have shown that hypofractionated radiotherapy is safe and effective, and has the possibility of replacing conventional fractionated radiotherapy. Hypofractionated radiotherapy can further reduce the cost of treatment, save resources and provide convenience for patients. This article reviews the research progress of hypofractionated radiotherapy after postmastectomy breast cancer, with special attention to the efficacy and safety of hypofractionated radiotherapy. |
