| [目的]探讨18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原50(CA-50)检测对肺癌诊断的价值。[方法]对198例经CT扫描疑似肺癌患者行18F-FDG符合线路显像、血清CEA及CA-50检测,分别计算其敏感度、特异性及准确率。[结果]18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测敏感度为100%,特异性为91.15%,准确率为94.44%,均明显高于单一指标检测。[结论]18F-FDG符合线路显像联合血清CEA、CA-50检测能够明显提高对肺癌诊断效能。 |

| [Purpose] To investigate the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG coincidence imaging combined with serum CEA and CA-50 detection for lung cancer.
