| [目的]探讨周围型非小细胞肺癌CT征象与表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)表达的关系。[方法]采用免疫组织化学二步法检测72例经病理证实的周围型非小细胞肺癌(腺癌51例,鳞癌21例)组织中EGFR的表达情况,并分析其与CT征象的关系。[结果]72例周围型非小细胞肺癌中EGFR阳性率52.78%(38/72)。EGFR表达与CT征象中的深分叶征、棘突征、纵隔淋巴结转移及CT增强阳性有关(P均<0.05)。[结论]非小细胞肺癌中EGFR高表达与CT征象的深分叶征、棘突征、纵隔淋巴结转移及CT增强阳性有关。 |

| [Purpose] To investigate relationship of CT features with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) expression in peripheral non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). [Methods] The expression of EGFR in 72 cases with peripheral NSCLC (51 cases with adenocarcinoma, 21 cases with squamous cell carcinoma) was detected by immunohistochemical method.
