| [目的]探讨ABCG4、V-ATPase蛋白在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用免疫组化、免疫荧光法检测ABCG4和V-ATPase在66例食管鳞癌中的表达,分析两者表达相关性。[结果]ABCG4、V-ATPase阳性率分别为65.15%、68.18%。ABCG4、V-ATPase的表达与性别、病理分级、TNM分期及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05),均与年龄无关。在食管癌及各病理分级、各TNM分期中,ABCG4和V-ATPase的表达均有相关性(P均<0.001,相关系数rs均>0.7)。[结论]ABCG4、V-ATPase在食管鳞癌中高表达,可能与耐药、转移有关;两种蛋白表达存在相关性,可能有相互作用的功能。 |
