| 核医学诊疗一体化(theranostics)以“所见即所治”为核心理念,通过同一靶点的诊断性显像探针与治疗性核素的协同应用,实现肿瘤的精准定性、精准选患与精准治疗。近年来,该领域经历了从概念验证到临床实践、从单一靶点到多靶点拓展、从晚期挽救治疗向早期干预前移的历史性跃迁。本文结合国内外最新临床数据与产业动态,围绕前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)、生长抑素受体(SSTR)、成纤维细胞激活蛋白(FAP)等核心靶点,以及177Lu、225Ac、161Tb等新型核素,系统阐述核医学诊疗一体化的科学基础、循证证据与未来发展前景。 |

| Theranostics in nuclear medicine is centered on the core philosophy of "see what you treat." By synergistically applying diagnostic imaging probes and therapeutic radionuclides to the same target, this approach enables precise tumor characterization, patient selection, and targeted therapy. In recent years, the field has undergone a historical transition from proof-of-concept to clinical practice, expanding from single-target to multi-target applications, and moving from late-stage salvage therapy to early-stage intervention. Drawing on the latest global clinical data and industry trends, this paper systematically examines the scientific foundations, evidence-based clinical findings, and future prospects of theranostics. It focuses on key targets such as prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA), somatostatin receptor (SSTR), and fibroblast activation protein (FAP), alongside emerging radionuclides including 177Lu, 225Ac, and 161Tb. |
