| 光动力治疗(Photodynamic Therapy,PDT)是近年来有效的肿瘤局部治疗方式之一。PDT在肿瘤的临床治疗以及众多临床试验中取得了新进展,充分展示了其治疗潜力。细胞死亡是机体清除肿瘤细胞的重要机制,PDT可以通过诱导多种细胞死亡方式来达到治疗肿瘤的作用。本文总结了近年来PDT在肿瘤治疗中的临床应用以及分子机制探究方面的进展,以期为肿瘤治疗带来新的思路。 |

| Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is one of the effective local treatment modalities for tumors in recent years. PDT has made new progress in the clinical treatment of tumors and in numerous clinical trials, fully demonstrating its therapeutic potential. Cell death is an important mechanism for the body to eliminate tumor cells, and PDT can achieve the effect of treating tumors by inducing multiple cell death patterns. This article summarizes the progress of clinical application and molecular mechanism exploration of PDT in cancer treatment in recent years, in order to bring new ideas for cancer treatment. |
