| 目的：探讨舌腹玻璃样变透明细胞癌的临床与病理学特征、诊断与鉴别诊断、治疗与预后。方法：观察舌腹玻璃样变透明细胞癌的临床病理学与免疫表型特征,并复习相关文献。结果：肿瘤位于舌腹粘膜,镜下呈浸润性生长,瘤细胞呈圆形或多边形,包膜清楚,胞质透明或淡嗜酸性,巢团状、条索状或小梁状排列,间质是玻璃样变的胶原纤维。免疫表型：肿瘤细胞P63、CK5/6、CK19阳性,SOX10、S-100、CD10、SMA、P16、CD117阴性,Ki-67增殖指数为5%,PAS染色呈阳性表达。结论：舌腹发生的玻璃样变透明细胞癌较为罕见,需要与上皮-肌上皮癌、黏液表皮样癌、转移性透明细胞癌、透明细胞型鳞状细胞癌鉴别,免疫组化标记CK19、CK5/6及特殊染色PAS可辅助鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective: To explore the clinical and pathological features, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma of the tongue abdomen. Methods: The clinicopathological and immunophenotypic features of hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma of the tongue were observed, and relevant literature was reviewed. Results: The tumor was located in the mucosa of the tongue and exhibited invasive growth under the microscope. The tumor cells were round or polygonal, with clear membranes, transparent or pale eosinophilic cytoplasm, and were arranged in nests, cords, or trabeculae. The stroma consisted of hyalinized collagen fibers. Immunophenotype: Tumor cells were positive for P63, CK5/6, and CK19, and negative for SOX10, S-100, CD10, SMA, P16, and CD117. The proliferation index of Ki-67 was 5%, and PAS staining showed positive expression. Conclusion: Hyalinizing clear cell carcinoma occurring in the tongue is relatively rare and needs to be differentiated from epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma, metastatic clear cell carcinoma, and clear cell squamous cell carcinoma. Immunohistochemical markers CK19, CK5/6, and special staining PAS can assist in the differential diagnosis. |
