| 胃癌为全球高发且预后差的恶性肿瘤,其局部进展期胃癌(LAGC)患者的治疗亟待突破。当前新辅助化疗以FLOT、SOX及XELOX方案为主,但单一化疗疗效有限。免疫检查点抑制剂(如信迪力单抗)的联合应用显著提升了治疗潜力。本文综述了FLOT与信迪利单抗及其联合使用在LAGC治疗中的研究现状,并探讨了根据不同患者亚型及生物标志物筛选的个体化策略,为LAGC患者的治疗提供了新的思路和方向。 |

| Gastric cancer is a globally prevalent malignancy with high incidence and poor prognosis. Therapeutic breakthroughs are urgently needed for patients with locally advanced gastric cancer (LAGC). Current neoadjuvant chemotherapy primarily employs FLOT, SOX, and XELOX regimens; however, the efficacy of chemotherapy alone remains limited. The combined application of immune checkpoint inhibitors (e.g., sintilimab) has significantly enhanced therapeutic potential. This article reviews the current research landscape of FLOT, sintilimab, and their combination in the treatment of LAGC. Furthermore, it explores personalized strategies based on patient subtypes and biomarker-driven selection, offering novel perspectives and directions for the management of LAGC patients. |
