      肺癌是全球肿瘤相关死亡的主要原因之一,通常被认为具有很强的异质性。近年来,精准医疗模式正迅速发展,其实质是针对每个患者疾病的独特生物学特征为其提供精确的个性化诊疗。而放射组学是通过运用图像处理和数据挖掘等技术以分析复杂临床问题的新型交叉领域。作为精准医疗的重要辅助手段之一,放射组学在肺癌的精准诊疗中展现出巨大的潜力,具有广阔的应用前景。本文回顾了目前基于放射组学的联合模型在肺癌精准诊疗中的研究,对该领域的研究现状作了简单的小结,涉及到肺癌的精准诊断、精准分型、精准分期及精准治疗等多个方面。本文还简要阐述了该模型的主要不足和技术限制,以及多模态组学模型在肺癌精准诊疗中的相关应用进展。

      Lung cancer is one of the leading causes of tumor-related death worldwide and is generally considered to be highly heterogeneous. In recent years, the precision medicine model is developing rapidly, and its essence is to provide accurate individualized diagnosis and treatment for each patient according to the unique biological characteristics of their disease. Radiomics is a new interdisciplinary discipline that applies image processing and data mining technology to clinical problem analysis. As one of the important auxiliary means of precision medicine, radiomics shows great potential in the precision diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, and has broad application prospects. In this paper, we reviewed the current research on the combined model based on radiomics in the precision diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer, and made a brief summary of the research status in this field, involving the accurate diagnosis, accurate typing, accurate staging and accurate treatment of lung cancer. This paper also briefly describes the main shortcomings and technical limitations of this model, as well as the relevant application progress of multimodal omics model in the precision diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.
