| 林奇综合征(lynch syndrome, LS)是DNA错配修复基因胚系突变引起的常染色体显性遗传性疾病。在妇科恶性肿瘤中,子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌是常见的LS相关恶性肿瘤,发生率仅次于结直肠癌。本专家共识聚焦LS相关妇科恶性肿瘤的预防监测、筛查管理、诊断治疗,以期为LS相关妇科恶性肿瘤的临床综合管理带来有益参考,改善患者预后。 |

| Lynch syndrome is an autosomal dominant disorder caused by germline mutations in DNA mismatch repair genes. Among gynecological malignancies, endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer are common Lynch syndrome-associated malignancies, with an incidence rate second only to that of colorectal cancer . This expert consensus focuses on the on the prevention, monitoring, screening, management, diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic malignancies associated with LS, in order to bring useful references to the comprehensive clinical management of Lynch syndrome-associated gynecologic malignancies, and to improve the prognosis of patients. |
