| 摘 要：四川省自2006年承接国家农村癌症早诊早治项目以来，历经20年的探索与实践，已构建起覆盖广泛、机制健全、技术规范的癌症早诊早治体系。项目以上消化道癌为重点，逐步扩展至结直肠癌、肺癌等多癌种筛查。截至2025年年底，累计完成上消化道癌机会性筛查约364.9万例、人群筛查约33.8万例，早诊率分别达24.46%和81.39%，结直肠癌早诊率达92.01%，有效降低了四川省重点癌症的疾病负担。全文系统介绍了四川省农村癌症早诊早治项目工作开展情况，为全国农村地区癌症早诊早治工作提供了可复制、可推广的“四川经验”。 |

| Abstract： Since undertaking the National Rural Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Program in 2006， Sichuan Province has， through 20 years of exploration and practice， established a widespread， well-structured， and technically standardized cancer early diagnosis and treatment system. Focusing initially on upper gastrointestinal cancers， the program has gradually expanded to include screening for multiple cancer types such as colorectal cancer and lung cancer. By 2025， the program had cumulatively completed 3.649 million opportunistic screenings and 0.338 million population-based screenings for upper gastrointestinal cancers， achieving early diagnosis rates of 24.46% and 81.39%， respectively. The early diagnosis rate for colorectal cancer reached 92.01%， effectively reducing the disease burden of key cancers in Sichuan Province. This paper systematically reviews the implementation of the Rural Cancer Early Diagnosis and Treatment Program in Sichuan Province， providing a replicable and scalable “Sichuan Experience” for cancer early diagnosis and treatment efforts in rural areas across China. |
