| 摘 要：癌症已成为制约人民群众健康水平提升、影响经济社会高质量发展的重大问题。湖南省高度重视癌症等慢性病的防控工作，于2019年全面启动“健康湖南”癌症防治专项行动。全文从防治体系建设、人才队伍培养、癌症早诊早治、肿瘤登记监测、科普宣教推广、诊疗质量提升等方面，系统回顾了2019—2025年湖南省癌症防治工作取得的阶段性成效，分析了当前面临的挑战，并对“十五五”时期湖南省癌症防治工作的重点方向进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract： Cancer has become a major issue that restricts the improvement of public health and hinders the high-quality socioeconomic development. Hunan Province attaches great importance to the prevention and control of chronic diseases including cancer， and fully launched the “Healthy Hunan” Special Action on Cancer Prevention and Control in 2019. This paper systematically reviews the phased achievements of cancer prevention and control in Hunan Province from 2019 to 2025 in terms of prevention and control system development， talent team cultivation， early cancer diagnosis and treatment， cancer registration and surveillance， popular science education and promotion， and standardized diagnosis and treatment quality improvement. It also analyzes the current challenges and discusses the key priorities for cancer prevention and control in Hunan Province during the 15th Five-Year Plan period. |
