      摘 要:[目的] 评估上海市癌症联合筛查项目的满意度现状并分析其相关因素。[方法] 采用横断面调查设计,于2024年采取分层多阶段整群抽样法在上海市16个区51个试点社区抽取2 397名40~74岁参与癌症联合筛查的社区居民进行问卷调查。采用描述性分析比较不同特征人群的满意度,运用单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析满意度的相关因素,并采用Spearman秩相关分析评价各维度与总体满意度的关联。 [结果] 上海市社区居民对癌症联合筛查项目的总体满意度为95.74%。单因素分析结果显示,文化程度、离退休和家庭人均月收入与居民总体满意度显著相关(P均<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,文化程度和是否离退休是与居民总体满意度相关的主要因素(P均<0.05)。相对于大专及以上学历者,初中及以下、高中学历者满意度更高;未离退休人群满意度高于离退休者。各维度满意度与总体满意度均呈显著正相关(P<0.001),其中服务方便性(ρ=0.660)、尊重程度(ρ=0.540)和服务态度(ρ=0.497)相关性最强。63.4%的参与者愿意向他人推荐该筛查项目。[结论] 上海市癌症联合筛查项目的总体满意度较高,特别是文化程度较低和未离退休人群。应重点优化服务便捷性、缩短等候时间、改善公平性与获得感,针对不同人群制定服务策略,提升筛查项目的整体质量和居民满意度。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To assess the satisfaction of community residents with the combined cancer screening program in Shanghai and analyze its related factors. [Methods] A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2024 across 51 pilot communities in 16 districts of Shanghai. A total of 2 397 residents aged 40~74 years old who participated in the screening program were selected using strati-fied multi-stage cluster sampling. Descriptive analysis was used to compare satisfaction rates among subgroups. Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analyses were performed to identify factors associated with overall satisfaction. Spearman correlation analysis was used to eva-luate the associations between dimensional satisfaction and overall satisfaction. [Results] The overall satisfaction rate of Shanghai community residents with the combined cancer screening program was 95.74%. Univariate analysis indicated that educational level, retirement status, and average monthly household income per capita were significantly associated with overall satisfaction (all P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that lower educational level and non-retirement status were the main factors significantly associated with overall satisfaction (both P<0.05). All dimensions posi-tively correlated with overall satisfaction (all P<0.001), with service convenience (ρ=0.660), respect level (ρ=0.540), and service attitude (ρ=0.497) showing the strongest correlations. Moreover, 63.4% of participants were willing to recommend the screening program to others. [Conclusion] The overall satisfaction with the combined cancer screening program in Shanghai is high, especially among residents with lower educational levels and those who are not retired. Optimizing service convenience, reducing waiting times, enhancing sense of gain and fairness, and developing targeted service strategies for different populations are critical to improving service quality and residents’ satisfaction.
