| 摘 要：甘肃省作为我国西部地区癌症防控的重点区域，癌症负担以消化道肿瘤为主。为响应《“健康中国 2030” 规划纲要》《健康中国行动——癌症防治行动实施方案（2023—2030年）》等国家战略部署，甘肃省自 2009 年起启动农村癌症早诊早治项目，历经十余年深耕，形成兼具区域适应性与可复制性的特色模式。全文从实施背景、发展阶段、核心成效与未来展望四个维度，系统梳理该项目的实施历程与实践成果，为全国农村癌症防控工作提供参考。 |

| Abstract： Gansu Province， as a key region for cancer prevention and control in western China， bears a heavy burden of digestive tract cancers. In response to national strategic deployments such as the “Healthy China 2030” Plan Outline and Healthy China Action-Implementation Plan of Cancer Prevention Action(2023—2030)， Gansu Province launched the rural cancer early diagnosis and treatment project in 2009. After more than a decade of intensive development， it has formed a distinctive model with both regional adaptability and replicability. This paper systematically reviews the implementation process and practical achievements of the project from four dimensions： implementation background， development stages， core achievements， and future prospects， providing references for national rural cancer prevention and control work. |
