      摘 要:[目的] 从“院所融合”视角构建协同培养临床医学创新人才评价指标体系,并确定各级指标权重,为科学评价协同培养临床医学创新人才提供科学参考。[方法] 采用文献研究、访谈法构建“院所融合”临床医学创新人才协同培养评价指标池,采用德尔菲法确定指标体系,层次分析法计算各级指标权重。[结果] 两轮德尔菲专家积极系数分别为86.7%和100.0%,权威系数均值为0.774,Kendall协调系数W值均在0~1范围内,且一致性比率(consistency ratio,CR)<0.1,指标均通过一次性检验。建立5个维度、23个指标组成的临床医学创新人才协同培养评价指标体系,维度权重最大为“顶层设计”(41.332%),指标权重最大为“制度保障体系”(10.906%)。[结论] “院所融合”视角下构建的协同培养临床医学创新人才评价指标体系具有科学性和可操作性。

      Abstract: [Purpose] To develop an evaluation index system and determine the weights of indicators for the collaborative cultivation of clinical innovative talents from the hospital-institute integration perspective. [Methods] An initial pool of indicators was constructed through literature review and interviews. The Delphi method was used to finalize the evaluation index system, and the Analytic Hierarchy Process was employed to calculate the weights of indicators at all levels. [Results] The response rates for the two rounds of Delphi surveys were 86.7% and 100.0%, respectively, with an authority coefficient of 0.774. The Kendall’s coordination coefficients ranged between 0 and 1, and all consistency ratios (CR) were less than 0.1, passing the consistency test. The final evaluation system comprises five dimensions and 23 indicators. Among the dimensions, “Top-level Design” carried the highest weight (41.332%). Among the indicators, “Institutional Guarantee System” had the highest weight (10.906%). [Conclusion] The evaluation index system for the collaborative cultivation of clinical innovative talents, constructed from the hospital-institute integration perspective, is both scientific and practical.
