| 摘 要:临床医学科学家是推动医学发展创新的重要力量。中山大学肿瘤防治中心自2019年起实施临床博士后培养制度,旨在培养肿瘤医学领域具有高水平临床诊疗能力和卓越创新能力的未来临床医学科学家。全文系统总结了该中心在临床博士后培养中的创新举措与实践经验。通过制定差异化培养方案,实施临床与科研双导师制,实行“科室初评+中心终评”双层次考核机制,设立“志光计划”杰出青年医师-科学家项目等措施,建设临床博士后系统性培养体系,实现临床博士后个人能力、科研创新、融入发展方面的提升。研究可为肿瘤医学领域临床医学科学家培养提供可借鉴的实践模式,对高层次医学人才培养具有重要参考价值。未来需进一步优化人才选拔、科室协同和培养机制,精准落实培养政策,持续提升青年人才培养质量。 |

| Abstract: Physician-scientists are pivotal to advancing medical innovation. In 2019, Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (SYSUCC) launched a clinical postdoctoral training program aimed at cultivating future oncology physician-scientists with exceptional clinical skills and robust research capabilities. This paper details the program’s innovative components and implementation experience. Key initiatives include: designing differentiated training pathways, implementing a dual-mentor system (clinical and research), establishing a two-tier evaluation process (departmental preliminary + center-level final assessment), and creating the “Chih Kuang” Outstanding Young Physician-Scientist Award. These measures collectively form a structured training framework that has enhanced fellows’ clinical proficiency, research output, and professional integration. The SYSUCC model serves as a practical reference for training clinical physician-scientists in oncology and offers insights for high-level medical talent development. Future efforts should focus on refining candidate selection, improving inter-departmental coordination, optimizing training mechanisms, and ensuring precise policy implementation to sustain and elevate the quality of early-career clinician-scientist training. |
