| 摘 要:恶性肿瘤是全球范围内严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病之一,其临床治疗至今仍面临巨大挑战。为突破关键技术瓶颈、推动国产高端医疗设备的发展,中国科学院兰州近代物理研究所成功研制我国首台具有自主知识产权的重离子治疗系统,并正式落地甘肃省武威肿瘤医院。该系统的投入使用为我国乃至国际肿瘤患者提供了全新的精准治疗选择。全文首先概述了甘肃省武威肿瘤医院重离子中心的建设历程、医院整体概况与学科特色,系统分析了重离子治疗在物理剂量分布与生物效应方面的双重优势;重点总结了该装置5年来在肿瘤治疗中的应用成效及在某些癌种治疗中的突出优势。研究表明,碳离子治疗相比传统放疗具有十大显著优势。在与国外同类系统的对比中,国产重离子治疗系统展现出技术上的中国特色——“金刚离子”技术路线,并在患者总生存率方面表现优于国外体系。全文还介绍了医院在重离子临床应用中开发的多项创新技术,为该技术的推广提供了重要实践经验,也为广大肿瘤患者带来了新的治疗希望与生命福祉。 |

| Abstract: Malignant tumors represent a major global threat to human health, and their clinical management remains a significant challenge. To overcome key technological barriers and advance the development of domestic high-end medical equipment, the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has successfully developed China’s first independently designed heavy-ion therapy system. This system has been installed and put into clinical operation in Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital, offering a novel precision treatment option for cancer patients both domestically and internationally. This paper outlines the establishment of the Heavy-Ion Therapy Center in Wuwei Tumour Hospital and the hospital’s overall profile and clinical strengths. It systematically reviews the dual advantages of heavy-ion therapy in terms of physical dose distribution and biological effectiveness. The paper summarizes the clinical outcomes achieved with this system over the past five years and highlights its pronounced efficacy in treating specific tumor types. Studies indicate that carbon ion therapy possesses ten significant advantages over conventional radiotherapy. In comparison with international counterparts, the domestic heavy-ion system demonstrates unique technical features, notably the “Diamond Carbon Ion” technique, and has shown favorable overall survival rates in treated patients. Furthermore, the paper introduces several innovative clinical techniques developed by the hospital during the application of heavy-ion therapy. These advancements provide valuable practical experience for the wider adoption of this technology, bringing new hope and potential for improved survival and quality of life to cancer patients. |
