| 摘 要：近半个世纪以来，甘肃省武威肿瘤医院紧随国家肿瘤防治战略部署，从基层防治办公室起步，逐步发展为集医疗、科研、教学、预防为一体的三级甲等肿瘤专科医院。医院聚焦胃癌等高发肿瘤，构建了覆盖筛查、诊断、治疗、康复的全链条防治体系，首创上消化道癌防治“武威模式”，推动区域肿瘤发病率和死亡率显著下降。全文系统回顾甘肃省武威医院从基层防治机构到专科诊疗高地的发展历程，总结肿瘤防治体系建设的成效与经验，并对未来发展方向进行展望，为西部欠发达地区肿瘤防控工作提供实践参考。 |

| Abstract： Over the past half-century， aligned with national strategies for cancer prevention and treatment， Gansu Wuwei Tumour Hospital has evolved from a local prevention office into a Grade-A tertiary cancer hospital integrating medical care， scientific research， education， and prevention. Focusing on high-incidence cancers such as gastric cancer， the hospital has established a comprehensive prevention and control system covering screening， diagnosis， treatment， and rehabilitation. It pioneered the “Wuwei Model” for upper gastrointestinal cancer prevention， contributing to a significant decline in regional cancer incidence and mortality. This paper systematically reviews the hospital’s development from a grassroots institution to a specialized regional medical center， summarizes the achievements and lessons learned in building its cancer prevention and control system， and outlines future directions. The study offers practical insights for cancer control in underdeveloped regions of Western China. |
