| 摘 要：肺癌作为全球恶性肿瘤相关死亡的首要原因，目前预后评估体系仍主要依赖TNM分期，缺乏对患者全身炎症与营养状态的系统整合。那不勒斯预后评分（Naples prognostic score，NPS）作为一种整合炎症与营养指标的综合预测系统，已在多种实体瘤中证实其预后预测价值。全文系统梳理 NPS 在肺癌预后评估中的研究进展，阐述其核心生物学机制，分析其临床适用性与现存局限性，旨在推动该评分从基础研究向临床实践转化，为肺癌患者的个体化诊疗提供新的视角与参考。 |

| Abstract： Lung cancer remains the leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Currently， prognostic evaluation relies primarily on the TNM staging system， which lacks a systematic integration of the patient's systemic inflammatory and nutritional status. The Naples prognostic score (NPS)， as a comprehensive predictive system that integrates inflammatory and nutritional indicators， has demonstrated its prognostic value across various solid tumors. This paper systematically summarizes the research progress of NPS in the prognostic assessment of lung cancer， exploring its underlying biological mechanisms， clinical applicability， and limitations. The objective is to facilitate the translation of NPS from research into clinical practice， providing a new perspective for the personalized treatment of lung cancer. |
