摘要：江苏省扬中市肿瘤防治研究所始建于1985年，是我国建立较早的肿瘤防治研究所之一。40多年来，扬中市肿瘤防治体系建设不断完善，但是面对当前肿瘤防控新形势，现有体系在肿瘤登记、筛查、治疗、科研等多方面仍然存在不足。基于此，全文对扬中市肿瘤防控体系建设进行全面介绍，旨在为提高基层肿瘤综合防控能力提供借鉴。

Abstract： The Yangzhong Cancer Prevention and Treatment Research Institute， founded in 1985， stands as one of the earliest institutions of its kind in China dedicated to cancer control at the county level. Over the past four decades， the cancer prevention and control system in Yangzhong has undergone continuous refinement. However， facing the evolving landscape of cancer control， the current system still exhibits deficiencies in areas including cancer registration， screening， treatment， and research. This article comprehensively reviews the development of the cancer prevention and control system in Yangzhong， with the aim of providing insights and a potential reference for enhancing integrated cancer control capacities in similar county-level settings.
