| 摘 要：非小细胞肺癌是肺癌中最常见的病理类型。尽管检测技术和治疗手段不断进步，其发病率和死亡率仍居高不下，对患者健康构成严重威胁。近年来，免疫治疗的迅速发展为驱动基因阴性及靶向治疗耐药的非小细胞肺癌患者均带来生存获益，逐渐成为肺癌领域的研究热点。然而，免疫治疗疗效受到多种因素的影响，如何精准筛选能够从免疫治疗中获益的患者尤为关键。因此，全文综述了非小细胞肺癌免疫治疗疗效的影响因素，并总结了基于这些因素构建的预测模型。 |

| Abstract： Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the most common pathological type of lung cancer. In recent years， the rapid development of immunotherapy has provided survival benefits for NSCLC patients with driver gene-negative tumors and those who are resistant to targeted therapies， making it an emerging focus of research in the field of lung cancer. However， the efficacy of immunotherapy is influenced by various factors， highlighting the importance of accurately identifying patients who are most likely to benefit from it. This paper reviews the factors affecting the efficacy of immunotherapy in NSCLC and summarizes the predictive models based on these factors. |
