| 摘 要：生存时间是评价恶性肿瘤治疗效果的重要指标，生存分析是肿瘤临床研究论文的常见内容，在肿瘤临床研究论文中占有重要地位。但投稿论文中生存分析相关内容存在的问题比较多，严重影响了论文的整体质量。笔者全面系统梳理了肿瘤临床研究中生存分析包括的具体内容和技术要点，总结归纳了影响生存分析质量的几个要点及相关论文常见的主要问题，提出了生存分析报告的撰写建议，有助于引起肿瘤临床研究人员和论文作者对生存分析相关问题的重视，提高其对生存分析相关统计方法使用、统计结果解读的水平，规范生存分析报告的写作，从而从整体上提升我国肿瘤临床研究论文的质量。 |

| Abstract： Survival time is an important indicator for evaluating the treatment effect of malignant tumors， and survival analysis is a common content in clinical research papers on tumors， occupying an important position in clinical research papers on tumors. However， there are many issues with the content related to survival analysis in the submitted paper， which seriously affects the overall quality of the paper. The author comprehensively and systematically sorted out the specific content and technical points of survival analysis in clinical cancer research， summarized several key points that affect the quality of survival analysis and the main problems commonly encountered in related papers， and proposed suggestions for writing survival analysis reports. This will help tumor clinical researchers and paper authors pay attention to issues related to survival analysis， improve their level of using statistical methods and interpreting statistical results related to survival analysis， standardize the writing of survival analysis reports， and thus improve the overall quality of cancer clinical research papers in China. |
