      摘 要:随着人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)技术的飞速发展,其在癌症早诊早治领域彰显出巨大潜力,但同时也面临一系列的风险和挑战。全文运用SWOT(优势、劣势、机遇、威胁)分析框架,对AI在癌症早诊早治项目管理中的多维度进行系统全面的剖析。通过识别并评估AI技术的内在优势与不足,以及外部环境带来的机遇与潜在威胁,进一步提出有针对性的管理优化策略,以期为AI技术更加高效、安全地服务于癌症早诊早治项目提供借鉴。

      Abstract: With the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, it shows great potential in the field of cancer early diagnosis and treatment and also faces risks and challenges. This paper systematically and comprehensively analyzed the multidimensional issues of AI in the management of cancer early diagnosis and treatment programs based on the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis framework. By identifying and evaluating the inherent advantages and disadvantages of AI technology, as well as the opportunities and potential threats brought by the external environment, targeted management optimization strategies are further proposed, in order to provide reference for AI technology to more efficiently and safely serve cancer early diagnosis and treatment programs.
