| 摘 要：食管癌防治是我国癌症防控的重要组成部分。林州食管癌防治现场作为我国最早建立的肿瘤防治现场，在肿瘤登记、病因学研究、早诊早治等领域形成了体系化的防控策略，为完善我国癌症防治体系提供了宝贵经验。全文基于林州食管癌防治现场60余年的防治实践，回顾了其历史发展、防控体系构建及新时代挑战，探讨了其对我国癌症防控工作的借鉴意义。 |

| Abstract： The prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer constitute an important component of China’s cancer control efforts. As the earliest established cancer prevention and control field site in China， the Linzhou Esophageal Cancer Prevention and Treatment Site has developed a systematic prevention and control strategy encompassing tumor registration， etiological research， early diagnosis and treatment， and other key areas， providing valuable experience for refining China’s cancer prevention system. Based on over six decades of practical experience at the Linzhou site， this paper reviews its historical development， the construction of its prevention-control system， and emerging challenges in the new era， while exploring its reference significance for China’s nationwide cancer prevention and control initiatives. |
