摘要：恶性肿瘤作为严重影响人类生命健康的慢性病，是21世纪全球最严重的公共卫生问题之一。湖北省高度重视癌症等慢性病的防控工作，2021年启动了“323”攻坚行动。全文从科普宣传、肿瘤登记、癌症筛查、规范诊疗、基层能力提升等方面回顾了2021—2024年湖北省“323”攻坚行动癌症防治工作的进展，并对湖北省下一步癌症防治工作的重点进行了探讨。

英文摘要:

Abstract： Malignant tumors， as chronic diseases that seriously affect human life and health， are one of the most serious public health problems worldwide in the 21st century. Hubei Province attaches great importance to the prevention and control of chronic diseases such as cancer， and launched the “323” campaign in 2021. This paper reviews the progress of cancer prevention and control in the “323” campaign from 2021 to 2024 from the aspects of science popularization， tumor registration， cancer screening， standardized diagnosis and treatment， and grassroots capacity improvement， and explores the key points of cancer prevention and control work in Hubei Province in the next step.
