| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析安徽省肿瘤登记地区2010—2019年甲状腺癌的发病趋势。［方法］ 将2010—2019年安徽省各肿瘤登记处上报数据按照地区（城乡）和性别分别计算甲状腺癌粗发病率、中国人口和世界人口标化发病率（简称中标率和世标率），并进行标化发病率年度趋势分析。［结果］ 2010—2019年安徽省肿瘤登记地区甲状腺癌粗发病率为7.99/10万，中标率为5.74/10万，发病中标率呈现上升趋势（APC=27.60%，95%CI：24.56%~30.70%，P=0.001）；男性甲状腺癌粗发病率为3.78/10万，中标率为2.78/10万，发病中标率呈现上升趋势（APC=27.13%，95%CI：21.86%~32.62%，P<0.001）；女性甲状腺癌粗发病率为12.42/10万，中标率为8.77/10万，发病中标率呈现上升趋势（APC=27.71%，95%CI：24.76%~30.74%，P<0.001）。［结论］ 安徽省甲状腺癌发病率呈现急速增长态势，需加强甲状腺癌特别是女性甲状腺癌的预防和控制工作，开展有针对性的健康教育工作，降低甲状腺癌发病率的增长速度。 |

| Abstract：［Purpose］ To analyze the trend of thyroid cancer incidence in Anhui cancer registration areas from 2010 to 2019. ［Methods］ The reported data from the cancer registration areas in Anhui Province from 2010 to 2019 were used to calculate the incidence rate of thyroid cancer by region (urban and rural) and sex. The crude incidence rate， age-standardized incidence rates by Chinese standard population and the world standard population（ASIRC and ASIRW）were calculated， and the annual percentage change (APC) of standardized incidence rates were analyzed. ［Results］ The crude incidence rate of thyroid cancer in Anhui cancer registration areas from 2010 to 2019 was 7.99/105， and the ASIRC was 5.74/105， showing an increasing trend (APC=27.60%， 95%CI： 24.56%~30.70%， P=0.001). The crude incidence rate in male and female was 3.78/105 and 12.42/105， the ASIRC was 2.78/105 and 8.77/105， respectively， both showing an increasing trend (APC=27.13%， 95%CI： 21.86% ~32.62%， P<0.001； APC=27.71%， 95%CI：24.76%~30.74%， P<0.001). ［Conclusion］ The incidence rate of thyroid cancer in Anhui Province showed a rapid growth trend from 2009 to 2019. It is necessary to strengthen the prevention and control of thyroid cancer， especially in female， and carry out comprehensive screening and early detection programs. Targeted health education work is needed to reduce the increasing incidence of thyroid cancer in Anhui Province. |
