| 摘 要：［目的］ 分析2019年四川省肿瘤登记地区不同经济区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况。 ［方法］ 分析2019年质量合格并纳入国家肿瘤登记年报的121个肿瘤登记处肿瘤登记数据，按照不同经济区（成都平原经济区、川南经济区、川东北经济区、攀西经济区、川西北经济区）计算不同性别、年龄的恶性肿瘤发病和死亡粗率、中国人口标准化率（中标率）、世界人口标准化率（世标率）、累积率（0~74岁），以及前10位恶性肿瘤发病和死亡顺位等指标。［结果］ 2019年四川省肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤粗发病率为276.99/10万，其中攀西经济区恶性肿瘤粗发病率最高，为308.81/10万；川西北经济区最低，为193.06 /10万。不同经济区各年龄组发病率整体趋势相同，均随着年龄增长而增高，在80~84岁组达到最高峰。不同经济区恶性肿瘤发病第1位均是肺癌，其后不同经济区顺位略有不同。2019年四川省肿瘤登记地区恶性肿瘤粗死亡率为185.10/10万，其中川南经济区死亡率最高，为194.52 /10万，川西北经济区最低，为162.52/10万。成都平原、川南、川东北经济区恶性肿瘤年龄别死亡率的趋势相似，一直随着年龄增长而上升；而攀西和川西北经济区略有不同，年龄别死亡率分别在80~84岁组和75~79岁组达到最高峰后下降。不同经济区恶性肿瘤死亡第1位均是肺癌，肝癌、食管癌、胃癌和结直肠癌死亡率在不同经济区均列前5位。［结论］ 2019年四川省不同经济区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡情况略有差异，不同经济区重点癌种不同，各地区应针对本地重点癌种和人群开展综合防治工作。 |

| Abstract： ［Purpose］ To analyze the incidence and mortality of cancer in different economic areas of Sichuan cancer registration areas in 2019. ［Methods］ The data were collected from 121 cancer registries. Incidence/mortality rates were stratified by sex， age group in 5 economic areas(Chengdu Plain economic areas， Southern Sichuan economic areas， Northeast Sichuan economic areas， Panxi economic areas， Northwest Sichuan economic areas). Crude rate， age-standardized rate by Chinese standard population and by Segi world standard population， cumulative rate(0~74 years old) and top 10 leading cancers were calculated. ［Results］ In 2019， the incidence rate of cancer was 276.99/105. The incidence rate of cancer was the highest in Panxi economic areas(308.81/105)， and the lowest in Northwest Sichuan economic areas (193.06/105). The trends of age-specific incidence rate in different areas were similar， reached peak at the age group of 80~84 years old. The top incidence of cancers in different economic zones was lung cancer， and the rank was slightly different in different economic zones. The mortality rate of cancers was 185.10/105 in Sichuan cancer registration areas in 2019. The mortality rate of cancers was highest(194.52/105) in Southern Sichuan economic areas， and Northwest Sichuan economic areas was lowest(162.52/105). The trends of age-specific mortality rate in Chengdu Plain/Southern Sichuan /Northeast Sichuan economic areas were similar， which kept increasing with the increase of age； Panxi and Northwest Sichuan economic areas were slightly different， in which the age-specific mortality decreased after the peak in the age groups of 80~84 years old and 75~79 years old， respectively. The highest mortality rate of cancers in different economic zones was lung cancer， and the mortality rate of liver cancer， esophageal cancer， stomach cancer and colorectal cancer were ranked in the top 5 in different economic zones. ［Conclusion］ The incidence and mortality of cancers in Sichuan varied slightly in different economic zones in 2019. The common cancers were different in 5 economic areas， so different comprehensive prevention and control strategies for the most common cancer were needed. |
