| 摘 要：庄河地区是胃癌人群综合防治现场，深度参与胃癌防治研究工作始于1984年。2008年至今，庄河市中心医院作为项目承担单位，连续17年高质量完成了国家中央补助地方重大公共卫生服务项目——农村癌症早诊早治项目工作。全文回顾了2008年以来庄河地区胃癌/上消化道癌早诊早治项目实施及进展情况，探讨肿瘤高发区基层医院以胃癌防治为抓手，以系列项目为载体，开展肿瘤早诊早治及综合防治工作，构建县域肿瘤综合防治体系的成功经验。 |

| Abstract： Zhuanghe City is a high-incidence area for gastric cancer， as early as in 1984 Zhuanghe Central Hospital started gastric prevention program in collaboration with Cancer Institute of China Medical University. The hospital has carried out the national program of Rural Cancer Early Diagnosis and Program Treatment Program for upper gastrointestinal cancer since 2008. This paper reviews the implementation and progress of comprehensive prevention of gastric/upper gastrointestinal cancer in Zhuanghe region， which provides experiences of a grassroots hospital for implementation of cancer prevention in county areas. |
