      摘 要:[目的] 对2019—2023年中国抗癌协会科技奖获奖项目进行分析,为肿瘤医学人才培育、研究布局及学科发展提供参考。[方法] 通过描述性统计分析法对2019—2023年中国抗癌协会科技奖奖励数量、学科分布、任务来源、论文质量、完成人、完成单位、地区分布进行分析。[结果] 2019—2023年中国抗癌协会科技奖中,肿瘤基础研究项目申报(20.63%,98/475)较少,获奖率(15.31%,15/98)较低,获奖项目多数具有国家级项目资助和高水平论文发表,获奖完成人呈年轻化趋势,医院申报数(89.47%,425/475)较多,获奖率(18.35%,78/425)较高,东部和中西部地区获奖数存在较大差异。[结论]建议加强基础医学领域研究力量的激励,构建高水平成果梯队和科研育人的培养机制,中西部地区要优化医学科技资源配置,增强社会各界协同创新。

      Abstract:[Purpose] To analyze the Science and Technology award-winning projects of the China Anti-Cancer Association from 2019 to 2023, to provide reference for talent cultivation, research scheme, and disciplinary development of oncology. [Methods] The award number, subject distribution, funding sources, quality of publication, award winners, units and regions were analyzed with descriptive statistical methods.[Results] In total 84 award-winning projects from 2019 to 2023, the proportion of applications and awards in fields of cancer basic research(20.63%, 98/475; 15.31%, 15/89) was relatively small; most award-winning projects were supported by national research funding with high-level paper publication. The age of award winner showed a younger trend and more applicants and winners were from hospitals(89.47%, 425/475; 18.35%, 78/425) rather than from universities or academic institutions. The regional distribution showed more awards were won by eastern regions than by western regions.[Conclusion] The study suggests that more incentive measures for basic medical sciences are necessary, building high-level teams for scientific research training is essential, optimizing the resource allocation in the central and western regions and promoting collaborative innovation should be strengthened.
