| 摘 要：转移是导致肺癌患者死亡的最主要原因，而目前临床上仍缺乏特异性有效的防治肺癌转移进而提高患者生存的治疗药物。循环肿瘤细胞（circulating tumor cells，CTCs）作为肿瘤转移的“种子”，其数目和表型的动态变化过程，可实时反映出患者体内转移的发生及进展。全文聚焦于CTCs在肺癌根治术后转移防治中的作用，探讨其作为转移风险评估和临床疗效评价的潜力。CTCs有望成为抗肿瘤转移治疗的新靶点，以期为肺癌转移防治提供思路。 |

| Abstract： Metastasis is the main cause of death in lung cancer patients， but there is a lack of effective drugs for prevention and treatment of lung cancer metastasis currently. As the “seeds” of tumor metastasis， the number and phenotype dynamic changes of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) can reflect the occurrence and development of tumor metastasis in real time. This paper reviews the implication of CTCs in the metastasis of lung cancer， focusing on the detection of CTCs for metastasis risk assessment and clinical efficacy evaluation， and explores CTCs as a potential biomarker for prevention and treatment of lung cancer metastasis. |
