| 摘 要：肺癌是我国发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤。精准放疗显著提高了肿瘤控制率、降低了不良反应，其中在图像引导放疗基础上发展起来的在线自适应放射治疗可以根据实时影像反馈动态调整放疗区域和剂量，已逐步应用于肺癌治疗。为规范临床应用、推动技术发展与临床协作，特制定本专家共识。该共识结合理论与实践，阐述肺癌在线自适应放射治疗的物理技术要求、临床实施规范和常见临床问题，以期更好地为放疗同道了解和开展该技术提供参考，使更多肺癌患者能从放射治疗中获益。 |

| Abstract： Lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality. Precision radiotherapy can significantly improve tumor control and reduce treatment-related toxicities， among which online adaptive radiotherapy based on image-guided radiotherapy can dynamically adjust the radiotherapy area and dose based on real-time image before each radiotherapy， and has been gradually applied to the treatment of lung cancer. In order to standardize clinical application， improve the cooperation of technology and scientific research of online adaptive radiotherapy for lung cancer， this expert consensus is established. This consensus combined theory and practice， and elaborated the physical and technical requirements， the clinical implementation standardization and common clinical problems of the online adaptive radiotherapy for lung cancer， so as to provide better reference for understanding and implementing this precision radiotherapy technology in hospitals of different levels， so that more patients with lung cancer can benefit from radiotherapy. |
