摘要：在推进公立医院高质量发展背景下，浙江省肿瘤医院的科研管理工作逐步形成了院所深度融合发展模式下，以科研项目驱动、科研平台引领、国际合作助力、生物样本支撑的全方位、一体化的管理模式，为浙江省肿瘤医院向研究型肿瘤中心的转型升级提供科研创新助力。

英文摘要:

Abstract： In the context of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals， a comprehensive and deep institutional integration has been formed for the management of scientific research in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital (Hangzhou Institute of Medicine， Chinese Academy of Science). This hospital-institution integrated management model is driven by scientific research projects， led by scientific research platforms， boosted by international cooperation， and supported by biological sample bank， which greatly promotes the scientific innovation and upgrades the hospital to a research-oriented cancer center.
